Chenies Plant Fair

This year the SCG were again at Chenies for their Plant Fair.  Marian Hoffmeister had organised a stall and was ably helped by Helen Turner. Also Kathleen Earley from Gardening Which? came along laden with lots of bumf.  Kathleen joined a bit hot under the collar as she had to retrace her steps to get the latest edition of the Newsletter which she had pushed to get printed for Sunday!  Marian said "I must say having been to Hampton Court this year the plants and prices and selection of plants at Chenies was far superior to Hampton Court". The ‘tool bags’ supplied by Gardening Which? were much appreciated and were sold for £1 each. The rain stayed away and the day was extremely succesful and great fun.
